Real Time tracking
Tracer will update the vehicle location at every minute to the central monitoring station. Hence you will get real time movement of the vehicle. This interval can be configured.

Locate Vehicle automatically
Transmitting Unit will send the location details automatically to the base station at specified intervals. This will be helpful for monitoring the vehicle continuously and keep track of the path taken by the vehicle instantly.

Real time Temperature monitoring (optional)
Tracer will update the temperature inside the chiller unit continuously at specified interval. This will be much help full for perishable goods transporters.

Voice Communication (optional)
Voice Communicate with Driver from the base station and vice versa. Using Hand's free mike and speaker driver can receive the calls and initiate calls with a touch of button. Driver can communicate only to the designated base station number

Outgoing call configuration
The fleet manager can assign three base station phone numbers for which the drivers need to call and also he enable or disable out going calls based on the requirements.

Incoming call configuration
The fleet manager can configure the tracer to accept incoming from all numbers or only from defined base station numbers.

Multiple Mode of data transfer
Tracer has the provision to transfer the data by SMS, GPRS or combined mode, this can be configured.

Alert Messages
Application software will generate alerts for defined condition like High speed, geo fence violation, High Temperature, Low temperature, Drum not rotating etc based on the selected features.

Alert Message to the mobile
The base station operator can configure the tracer to send alert messages to any one of the pre defined mobile number.

Over the air configuration
The tracer parameters can be configured on the air either using SMS or GPRS. This will be much help full to change the settings of the required tracer any time.

Sleep Mode Operation
Our tracer unit will start work in sleep mode when ever the vehicle is idle in order to save the communication cost.

Our tracking application will generate various reports for easy management of entire fleets and these reports can be customized as per customer requirements. Some of reports 1. Vehicle Start / Stop
Transmitting Unit will store the information of the vehicles Start and Stop based on the GPS. This will indicate whether the vehicle is in "idle " or "moving" condition.

Panic Alarm
Transmitting Unit will have a panic button for the drivers use. Pressing this button in case of any emergency will alert the base station operator and show the current location of the vehicle for further action.

Set Speed limit
Base station operator can set speed limit for each and every vehicle. Drivers crossing the set limits will be alerted

Tracing Vehicle path
Base station operator can query the path taken by a vehicle along with date & time stamp

Path Info
The user can get vehicle information like speed, alerts etc at any point in the entire path. By clicking required point a separate pop up window will appear with all the details.

Find option
In mapping application software user can search desired vehicle, road using find facility

Polygonal Geo-fencing
When a vehicle crosses the set boundaries or territory, tracking software will alert the base station operator. This feature is dependent on the mapping software for map based Geo-fencing and tracking.

Point Based Geo-fencing
When a vehicle crosses/reached the set defined points, tracking software will alert the base station operator.

Driver info
Facility to add / delete / edit / view driver info (Personal details as well as license details.

Vehicle Info
Facility to add / delete / edit / view vehicle info (make, model, registration details etc.,)

Allocate / Reallocate Vehicles
When a vehicle is allocated to a particular driver, the information is fed into the system. At any point of time base station operator can find the information on vehicle and the assigned driver. This option will be much help full when different drivers are driving same vehicle during shifts.

GPS Check interval
Facility to specify the time intervals (every 5, 10, 15, 30 mins) at which Transmitting Unit will update the location details of the vehicle and as well as facility to specify the time interval at which the location details will be send to the base station.

Out of range data
If the vehicle is out of GPRS coverage range, location details is stored in tracer�s internal memory and updated to the base station later when vehicle comes back in GPRS coverage range

History Log
History of all vehicles movements is stored in the system for later analysis

Adding own landmarks
The user can add own landmarks in mapping application software. This tool will allow the Fleet manager to add / edit / delete/move landmark information unique to their business. Fleet manager can add the customer location and other places as required by him.

Auto refresh
The user need not do anything after giving user name and password. Our tracer client mapping application software will automatically refresh to get new data and plot the vehicle location in the map at real time.

Wide map viewing area
Our mapping application has wind map viewing area. This will be much help full for fleet manager to monitor more vehicles at one shot.

Drum Rotation Detection (optional)
LEMS has designed and implemented a special system for ready mix industry. That Tracer with drum rotation detection, this will keep monitor the status of the drum and will update the server. A report will be generated based on this drum rotation status. This system will send alert to the base station as well as to the driver when ever the drum fails to rotate due mechanical failures.

Smart I button Reader Interface (optional)
In this system a mini smart card reader is interfaced with the unit. In this system driver has to swipe his smart card to start the vehicle and that driver name will be automatically allocated to the vehicle.
