• Working Time 8 hours/day; 5 days a week.
• Agreement will be for specific period and it will be renewable
• More than 3 days delay in payment, work will temporarily suspend till paid. Here, this temporary suspended days will be considered as working day
• Client has to send report or notice about any complaints about Outsourcing Resource to Efforts Solutions. No rights to charge Outsourcing Resource directly if any mistakes made.
• Efforts Solutions reserves the right to cancel agreement for any violations with one month notice period.
• If client wants to cancel agreement or requesting replacement of resource, should give notice at least 1 month before.
